Yes. To help ensure sessions run smoothly and minimise technical issues on the day, presenters are required to submit their presentation slides in advance. Presentation slides should be submitted by Friday 11 September 2026.
Detailed instructions on how to submit your presentation will be circulated to presenters in advance of the deadline.
Please submit presentations in PowerPoint (.pptx) format wherever possible. PDF presentations can also be accommodated if required.
We also recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation on a USB drive.
If you have any specific audiovisual requirements or plan to present remotely, please contact the conference team (contact@iene2026.info) as early as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Recording arrangements will vary by session. Presenters will be informed in advance if their session is being recorded.
Delegates should seek permission before photographing presentation slides containing unpublished data, sensitive information or copyrighted material.
Accepted abstracts will appear within the conference programme and associated conference materials. Information regarding any additional post-conference publications will be communicated separately.

We encourage authors to be available during designated poster viewing periods to discuss their work with delegates.
